Looks like Microsoft isn’t the only company rolling out beta software to developers today.
Apple is now pushing a new iOS 8 beta to its registered devs. This is the fifth beta version of iOS 8, featuring the build number 12A4345d. As with past iOS 8 betas, this update is available to the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini, iPad mini with Retina display and fifth-generation iPod touch.
iOS 8 is slated to roll out to the public this fall with new features like the ability to respond to notifications without actually jumping into the app, QuickType suggestions on the keyboard, support for third-party keyboards and much more.
If you’re not a registered developer and want a taste of iOS 8 to satiate you until the public rollout, you can check out Cam’s top 5 features of the impending update, which is embedded below!
