Following its debut a couple of weeks ago, Android 4.4.4 continues its rollout today by rolling out to a member of the Moto family.
Android 4.4.4 is making its way to the Moto G Google Play edition, bumping the device up to build KTU84P. Members of the xda-developers forums have snagged the direct download link for the update, but you Moto G GPe folk can only use it if you’re coming from Android 4.4.2 KOT49H.
It’s not a total surprise to learn that the Moto G Google Play edition is already receiving its Android 4.4.4 update — it is a GPe device, after all — but it’s still nice to see that even the lower-end Moto G is getting its Android 4.4.4 bump fairly quickly.
If you’re rocking a Moto G GPe, head on in to your Settings menu and see if you can pull some KitKat goodness from the sky!
