Verizon began pushing Android 4.4.2 to the Galaxy S 4 in April and then the Galaxy Note 3 in May, so it’s good to see the Galaxy Note II get its own helping of KitKat in June. Neither Verizon nor Samsung have made announcements regarding the update’s rollout, so it’s not yet clear exactly when the push will begin. If you’re rocking a Galaxy Note II with Verizon tattoos, you can manually check for the update by heading into Settings > About Phone > System updates.
