The LG G3 is back in the news again today, but rather than coming to us in the form of a report from a leakster, today’s information has been shared by LG itself.

LG’s U.K. website now has a dedicated product page for the G3, and while it doesn’t reveal any of the device’s spec details, it does include one interesting tidbit of info. The page refers to the G3 as the “LG D855,” which is likely the G3’s model number.

While a model number may not be the most exciting piece of info ever revealed about a device, it is another piece of the G3 puzzle that’s been solved. Plus, the launch of this product page suggests that the G3’s official debut is getting close, just in case you weren’t totally positive that LG’s May 27 event is going to be all about the G3.
