Looks like the HTC One on Sprint isn't the only HTC-made smartphone that's getting an update today. AT&T and Sprint have revealed that they're now rolling out some piping hot software to the One mini and EVO 4G LTE, respectively. Here's what AT&T One mini owners can expect from their update:
In order to get the update process rolling, One mini owners should hop into their device's settings menu and hit "AT&T software update," followed by "Check for updates." The update is only available over a Wi-Fi connection.
Moving over to the CDMA side of things, here's the changelog for Sprint's EVO 4G LTE update:
Sprint says that the EVO 4G LTE's update may be released in stages. Users can check for it manually by going into Settings > System updates > HTC software update > Check now.
These maintenance updates may not be quite as exciting as the Sprint HTC One's bump up to Android 4.3, but hey, any bundle of software that includes device improvements is good to me. If you're rocking an AT&T-branded HTC One mini or an HTC EVO 4G LTE on Sprint, don't forget to swing by the comments section below and let us know once your device's update arrives!
