Virgin Mobile today announced the latest addition to its 4G LTE smartphone lineup, the LG Optimus F3. This unit is the same Optimus F3 that Sprint launched last month, meaning that Virgin Mobile customers will be getting a device with a 4-inch touchscreen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear and VGA front cameras, 2,460mAh battery, notification LED home button, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Also included is LG's custom user interface with software features like QSlide 2.0 multitasking and QuickMemo for note-taking.
If that sounds like a recipe for a phone that you'd like to buy, you're in luck! Virgin Mobile's LG Optimus F3 is available today for $179.99, making it the most affordable LTE-capable smartphone in Virgin's lineup and a new option for consumers that want to get some LTE action on the cheap. The Optimus F3 is compatible with VM's Beyond Talk unlimited data and text plans, which start at $35 per month, and can be purchased by hitting up the Optimus F3 link below and clicking on that big "Add To Cart" button.
