As the name would suggest, the Samsung Galaxy Mega is one gigantic device. Making the Galaxy Note II look small is no small feat, but the Mega does it with ease. From a specifications perspective, the device is arguably mid-range: the 1.7 GHz dual-core processor isn't anything mind-blowing, and the 6.3-inch display (while huge) only offers 233ppi. Still, the Galaxy Mega fits in nicely in the Galaxy line of devices - it's large and brings some of the Galaxy S 4's software features while keeping the price point a bit lower. Other specifications include an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 3,200 mAh battery, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz. It's not available in the States on a wireless carrier just yet, though rumors point to an AT&T Galaxy Mega in the not-too-distant future.
