Jonesing for another look at the Nokia Lumia 928? Nokia is apparently more than happy oblige, as the company has put up another teaser for its Verizon-bound Windows Phone. After sharing a video this morning that pitted the Lumia 928 against the Samsung Galaxy S III and Apple iPhone 5 in a video capture test, Nokia has put the Lumia 928 and the Galaxy S III head-to-head in an audio recording battle.
In this latest test, the Lumia 928 and Galaxy S III were placed directly in front of a live band to record their performance. Once again, the Lumia 928 came out on top, producing audio of the music that is clear and undistorted, while the Galaxy S III's audio comes across as louder and less clear. The full video of the test can be found at the bottom of this post.
Nokia has also posted a new image of the Lumia 928 with tonight's audio test. The renders show one black Lumia 928 and one white Lumia 928, just like the image that we saw earlier today, but this time we're treated to a look at the white Lumia 928's backside. The handset's PureView-branded camera is easily visible, as is its xenon and LED flashes.
The Lumia 928 has leaked several times in recent months, but it was only yesterday that Nokia actually confirmed the handset's existence for the first time. Since then, the Finnish firm has given us a couple of different peeks at the phone itself and revealed that it features an 8.7-megapixel PureView camera. The remainder of the Lumia 928's spec sheet is a mystery for now, but with all of the teasing that Nokia's been doing lately, an official announcement of the phone and its features shouldn't be too far off.
