After making a pre-Mobile World Congress debut in late February, a new rumor claims that LG's Optimus F7 will soon be making its way stateside. A report from @evleaks on 9to5Google says that the Optimus F7 is coming to Boost Mobile, and the good news is that the F7 will retain its 4G LTE connectivity on the Sprint MVNO. If true, the Optimus F7 will be Boost's third LTE-capable smartphone, joining the recently-released HTC One SV and Boost Force.
Along with 4G LTE support, the LG Optimus F7 features a 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Considering that the HTC One SV and Boost Force both offer fairly mid-range spec lists, the Optimus F7 ought to make for a nice higher-end LTE offering once it arrives on Boost Mobile's shelves. It's not yet known exactly when that'll happen, but at least any Boost customers that are interested in picking up an LTE-capable handset now know that a new option is on its way. Until we hear more, you can check out Aaron's hands-on with the international version of the Optimus F7 below.
