Well, that didn't take long. Just a few days after we got wind of a sizable maintenance update for the HTC DROID DNA, owners of the device have started seeing it hit their devices. Reports from both Droid-Life and the XDA-developers forums indicate that the update has begun its rollout, bringing goodies like improved Wi-Fi and hotspot connectivity to DROID DNA users everywhere. Here's the full changelog for the 2.04.605.2 710RD update as posted by Verizon:
While there's not exactly any huge changes contained within that list, there are quite a few tweaks that should make using the DROID DNA a more better experience, which is exactly what an update is meant to do. This particular update is 103.5MB in size and should start popping up on devices in the coming days. Don't fret if you stopped in the middle of this post to check your DNA and found nothing there, as Verizon typically rolls its updates out in phases. Once your DNA does get its own helping of the 2.04.605.2 update, though, be sure to swing by the comments section below to share the exciting news with us!
