Been on the fence about picking up a Samsung Galaxy S III? If so, Best Buy has an upcoming deal that may push you over the edge. The retailer today announced that on Sunday, October 14, it will be knocking $100 off the price of the Galaxy S III. The offer will only be available on October 14 and will take place at both Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores.
The Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8-inch 1280x720 display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear and 1.9-megapixel front cameras and a 2,100mAh battery. It comes preloaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but a Samsung support page recently listed the device's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update as "coming soon," so that's something to keep in mind when considering the Galaxy S III. If those features sound up your alley and you're into saving cash, you may want to consider clearing a spot in your calendar on October 14 so that you can mosey on into your local Best Buy store and pick up a Galaxy S III.
