Last week we learned that the Jelly Bean update for the ASUS Transformer Pad Prime TF700, which was originally expected on September 28, had been pushed back to early this week. It looks like the wait for Infinity owners didn't end up being too long, though, as the update appears to be rolling out now. Several Android Central forum users are reporting that the Jelly Bean update has made its way to their neck of the woods, bringing their 10.1-inch tablet up to the latest version of Google's mobile operating system.
While I'm sure that most Transformer Pad Infinity owners would've preferred to get their Jelly Bean update last week rather than enduring a slight delay, it's good to see the update rolling out this morning, especially since it means that another device is being updated to the newest version of Android. If you've got an Infinity that has yet to be updated, you can try heading into the About tablet section of your device's Settings menu to check for it manually. Be sure to give us a shout in the comments below once you get Jelly Bean up and running on your Transformer Pad Infinity!
