Apple iPhone 5 launch day.  It's akin to a worldwide holiday of sorts; where people of all ages align at various retail locations for an epic smartphone launch.  All things considered, iPhone 5 is mostly evolutionary, but it carries a design that Apple enthusiasts know and (mostly) love.  Combine the design with an Apple A6 CPU, 4-inch Retina display, and inclusion of iOS 6, and it brings iPhone 5 up to par with other high-end smartphones on the market.
