Thanks to various rumors and leaked screenshots, we've learned that the Samsung Galaxy Note II might follow in the footsteps of its Galaxy S III brother and hit five different carriers here in the U.S. Now the initial images of the actual hardware have begun to surface, with Verizon's Note II the first to show its face. The images, sent to Phandroid, show a Galaxy Note II that's fairly similar to the international version, but with Verizon and 4G LTE branding in tow. Interestingly, this version of the Note II event has Verizon branding on its home button, which lines up with a previous rumor that claimed that the device and its home button would be heavily branded.
When the Samsung Galaxy S III made its way onto U.S. carrier shelves, it retained the same design that it has overseas, home button and all. So far it sounds like it'll be a similar situation when the Galaxy Note II arrives here, though it appears that Verizon has decided that the home button of the Note II is the perfect spot to slap its logo. While that's something that'll likely turn some folks off, I'm sure that there are many Verizon customers that will just be happy to be able to get their hands on the Galaxy Note II, especially since the original model never made it to Big Red's shelves. So what do all of you Verizon folk think of this Galaxy Note II? Is the home button branding a deal breaker?
