Pay attention, AT&T customers, because it looks like a new Pantech smartphone may be headed your way. Images of a device called the Pantech Magnus (P9090) have been leaked to Engaget, showing a device with what looks to be on-screen navigation keys as well as front and rear cameras, the latter of which is of the 8-megapixel variety. Other rumored specs for the Magnus include a 720p display, dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor and 4G LTE support.
There's no word on when the Magnus might actually hit AT&T's shelves, but so far the device seems to be shaping up into something that high-end Android fans might want to keep an eye on. Pantech isn't exactly known for releasing higher-end handsets, at least not here in the U.S., so it's nice to see that one may finally be coming along, and it'll definitely be interesting to see exactly how the Magnus feels and performs once it arrives. Has what we know of the Magnus so far piqued anyone's interest?
