When the Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE was initially announced last month, Sprint didn't offer up any details as to when the new handset would be launching, opting instead to reveal that information sometime in the coming weeks. Thanks to a source, though, we know that the Photon Q is at least getting a step closer to hitting retail stores. We've received word that Sprint employees have been instructed to start their training with the Photon Q. As you can see in the shot above, part of that training is getting acquainted with the phone's specs.
It's also worth mentioning that while Sprint hasn't officially announced any launch Photon Q 4G LTE launch information, Motorola mentioned in its announcement that the Photon Q's bootloader will be unlocked that the device will be coming in August. That Moto blog post has since been changed and now says that the phone is "coming soon." So while the Photon Q's exactly release date and price are still unknown, it may not be much longer before Sprint is placing this slider on its shelves. How many of you Sprint folk are planning on checking out the Photon Q 4G LTE when it launches?
