In the months since we were first tipped to the Motorola DROID RAZR HD's existence, it's leaked out many different. Today we've got another leak to add to the pile, but this time it appears to be the international version that's in the spotlight. An xda-developers user has posted some shots of a device that referred to as the "DROID HD." Its backside has a similar camera/flash layout as the DROID RAZR HD that we saw in June. However, this phone also lists Vodafone (a European carrier) and an XT925 model number in its About Phone screen. The DROID RAZR HD recently passed through the FCC as the XT926, though, so it's possible that the handset in these images is the international version of the DRHD, which could just be known as the "RAZR HD."
Outside of the images, the original poster doesn't offer much in the way of information about the handset. One of the few features that is detailed is the camera, which is said to be of the 8-megapixel variety, and Android 4.0.4 is also listed in the About Phone screen. We can see the presence of Atrix HD-like on-screen navigation keys in some of the images, as well.
It's worth noting that the international versions of recent Motorola handsets, like the RAZR and RAZR MAXX, have looked fairly similar to their DROID-branded counterparts on Verizon. So if the device in these images is indeed the international RAZR HD, the Verizon-flavored DROID RAZR HD could end up looking quite a bit like this handset. We won't know for sure until Motorola makes the thing official, though, and so far there's been no word on when that might be happening. At least folks hungry for the RAZR HD and its high-res display have these leaked shots to quench their thirst for now. What do you Verizon users make of the RAZR HD so far? Think it'll be worthy of your hard-earned dollars?
