A little over a month after the name "Motorola DROID RAZR HD" popped up on our radar thanks to some photo EXIF data, another piece of the puzzle that is the unannounced device has seemingly been revealed. A photo posted on the DroidRzr forums shows the DROID RAZR HD in a Cellebrite system, and attached is a model number: XT926. Unfortunately for those folks dying for more details on the new DROID family member, there's not much else to glean from the Cellebrite listing.
As far as specs for the DROID RAZR HD go, the rumor mill thinks that the phone could be coming to market with specs like a 4.6-inch 720p display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Verizon 4G LTE connectivity and Android 4.0 (the Moto-flavored Ice Cream Sandwich was recently demoed in a set of videos) . While Motorola and Verizon have introduced a fair number of DROID devices in the past several months, a RAZR HD with a 720p screen and ICS could be a worthwhile option for folks that haven't yet picked up a DROID handset or anyone that's been dying for a DROID with a big, high-res display. There's no word yet on when the RAZR HD might be making its way to your neighborhood Verizon store, but it's entirely possible that we'll see the phone surface again before its official debut, so stay tuned.
