Mark your calendars, iOS fans, because this morning Apple confirmed that the keynote address for this year's Worldwide Developers Conference will take place on June 11th at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET. There's no mention of exactly who will be speaking at the keynote, but it wouldn't be a surprise to hear CEO Tim Cook talk a bit, and other Apple executives will likely make an appearance during the address as well. Also not announced: what will be discussed during the keynote. 

So what might Apple have up its sleeve for the keynote? Well, some numbers related to the App Store and iOS in general will likely be thrown out. iOS 5 made its official debut at last year's WWDC, and it's expected that Apple will repeat itself and take the wraps off of iOS 6 at this year's gathering. Exactly what new features iOS 6 may contain is still a mystery, but it's possible that a new Maps app could make the cut.
