It's Friday, the weather is great here, and the PhoneDog is ready to play outside all weekend! But first we must feature another user review for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE. This PhoneDog fan, Peter Doyle, tells us how he feels about this device, the good, the bad, the ugly.

There's lots of appealing factors about the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, such as the Large 720p HD display and that its packing a duel core 1.2Ghz Processor (Compared to some current phones, this isn't anything to sing about) or that it runs on the latest Android Operating System; Ice Cream Sandwhich. Personally i do like the customizability of Android and ICS does not cut short off that, although i do think that there could be a wider range of Pre-installed Wallpapers and Widgets, ( Considering that stock ones are all quite dull and boring) but saying this ICS is no smooth OS, it does lag, Freeze and stutter on Apps and every now and again you will get a random reboot even when the phone isn't in use. Despite this, ICS does give some huge advantages compared to other phones, the Data usage menu is genius, this allows you to view the amount of mobile data used and then set restrictions, so if you are an internet hog, you can consume happily with out the worry about going over your data plan. The battery Life is not to shabby or amazing, it lasts me a day and in that day i do like to play music, entertain my self with games, browse Facebook.. you know the story. usually gets down to 14% after 9 Hours 40 Mins. Other Negatives would be the Materials used, the plastic seems to give off a cheap feel, and the phone doesn't have a nice solid weight to it. feels to light and fragile in your hands, some people like this, some people do not and how the screen loves to decorate itself with cuts and dents. If you truly want a good phone, for internet, Battery ect and you are not bothered about widgets act ( Lets face it, we all can, they don't inspire me. in many aspects they annoy me go with out, having something else to worry about on my phone and constantly change after getting bored off does get irritating ) go for a WP7 device such as HTC HD7, people moan about the brightness of the screen, but i was very happy for over a year with this device, its seriously underrated, and WP7.5 is a very very Smooth, Smart and Stable OS. ??
