Remember the Verizon-bound ZTE V66 tablet that passed through the FCC with LTE support last month? At the time, the only information we had to go on about the looks of the slate was a plain FCC outline showing a rectangular product with rounded corners. Kind of tough to get excited about that. The good news is that now we've got a better idea of the appearance of the V66 thanks to a Bluetooth Special Interest Group filing for the device. The image you see above has been posted on the Bluetooth SIG website, and although it's small and kind of hazy since the shot is blown up from a smaller thumbnail, we do get a peek at the V66's lock screen.
As far as availability goes, not much is known about when the ZTE V66 will be landing at Verizon or how much it'll cost when it does. Fans of smaller 7-inch Android slates should be pretty happy with what Verizon's got in the pipeline, though, as the carrier will be offering an LTE-capable version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 in the near future as well. Anyone looking forward to one of these two new Verizon Android tablets?
