After leaking out a couple of times last month , the white Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch has finally been made nice and official. Launching at Sprint on January 8th, the "Frost White" Epic 4G Touch will be priced at $199.99 with a two-year contract. As far as specs go, you're looking at a device that's exactly the same as the black model that's been on the market for a few months now. That includes the same 4.52-inch 800x480 Super AMOLED Plus display, the same 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and the same 8-megapixel rear camera/2-megapixel front-facing camera pair. Yeah, they're the same. (Save for that new coat of paint, of course.)

So there you go, folks. It's nice to see the Epic 4G Touch getting a white variant just like its AT&T Galaxy S II Skyrocket and T-Mobile Galaxy S II counterparts, and although some folks might've liked to see this bad boy launched a little earlier than it is, it's better than getting no pale EpTouch at all, I suppose.
