If you've been patiently awaiting the Verizon Galaxy Nexus ever since it was announced back in October, well, it's looking increasingly likely that your wait might be over this week. According to an email and PDF obtained by the folks at RootzWiki from an "authorized Verizon retailer," Verizon's Galaxy Nexus will begin shipping to stores on December 6th (check) and will be put on display and made available for purchase starting December 9th.
As you may recall, we heard late last Friday that Verizon Galaxy Nexus may be due to arrive on the 9th, and this pair of purported Verizon documents seem to support that claim. Certainly this is just the latest in a long line of rumored launch dates for the Verizon GalNex, but the fact that we've yet to hear any other new dates or have the December 9th rumor debunked is ever so slightly encouraging that it all may indeed be going down this Friday. Of course, it's not officially official until we get word from Verizon, but at least hungry Nexus fans have these leaked docs to keep them going until Big Red's announcement finally comes.
