Like the look of the Motorola DROID RAZR (which went up for pre-order today) but think that it'd be a much more compelling device with a physical keyboard bolted on? Then you may be interested in the device you see above. That's the DROID 4, a device whose photos were just posted by the folks over at Droid-Life. The source of the images claims the DROID 4 is packing the best keyboard that he or she has "ever seen" on a handset and that it includes the following list of specs:
Obviously there are still a few biggies missing from that feature list, like the display tech used on the DROID 4 as well as its processor, but those details will undoubtedly come to light in future leaks. Until then, at least we've got leaked shots like these to keep us entertained. Availability details for the D4 are also still up in the air, but so far it looks like the landscape slider is coming along nicely. What do you all think of the DROID 4?
