Remember that Motorola XPRT-like handset for Sprint that we saw leak out in late June? That sucker's back in the headlines today, and if its rumored specs are legit it could become a portrait QWERTY lover's dream. According to the source of the images, this handset carries the codename "Pax" and features a dual-core processor and support for Sprint's CDMA 1X Advanced push-to-talk network. Sadly, there's no mention of whether or not Gingerbread or WiMAX are on board like the previous leak alleged, but there is another photo available for your consumption down below.
The appearance of the Pax may seem a little strange considering that the XPRT hit Sprint shelves less than two months ago, but as we've said in the past, it's always good to see more portrait QWERTY Android phones hit the scene. There's no word on when the Pax may be hitting shelves, but I'm sure we'll be hearing more soon. What do you all think of the Pax, Sprintsters? Think you'd be willing to clear out some space in your pocket for this dual-core CPU/portrait QWERTY combo?
