Good news, myTouch 4G owners: your helping of Gingerbread may soon be here! According to a post on the official T-Mobile support forums, the myTouch 4G's helping of Android 2.3.3 will begin with a limited pilot release on July 20th. This means that users that request the update tomorrow should begin seeing it that same day. T-Mobile says that a broader rollout of the update will kick off sometime in the coming weeks. Sounds like a pretty worthwhile update, no? Unfortunately, we're still waiting on word concerning the Android 2.3 updates for other high-profile T-Mobile Android phones like the G2 and G2x, but it's still good to see another phone crossed off the Gingerbread waiting list.
