Now that the HP Veer is here and the TouchPad will be on July 1st, we've been waiting with bated breath for HP to complete the webOS trifecta and announce launch details for the Pre 3. The wait for official word continues today, but thanks to a report from PreCentral we've at least got a rumored Pre 3 launch date to look forward to. According to the site, Verizon may be planning to launch the CDMA Pre 3 on July 21st. PreCentral was also sent some images of a Pre 3 complete with webOS 2.2 and some AT&T bloatware and, although there's no hard evidence of when the newest Pre may hit Ma Bell's shelves, a release around the same time as Verizon's model wouldn't be a surprise. Check out a shot of the preinstalled AT&T app below.
The Pre 3 is arguably the most anticipated device of the trio of products introduced back in February, not only because it continues a string of new webOS hardware but also because it's got some fairly impressive specs. Although the July 21st launch date is still a rumor at this point, I'm sure HP would like to get the new Pre out the door as soon as possible, so it's certainly a possibility. What do you all think of the Pre 3? Anyone planning to snag one on either Verizon or AT&T?
