Verizon's already got a few different tablets available in its lineup of devices, including the iPad 2, XOOM, and Galaxy Tab, but a new leak has shown that it may be adding another slate to its shelves. According to images procured by Droid-Life, the Samsung SCH-I905 was just spotted in Big Red's systems, and while there's no actual name attached to the device, it's described as a "4GTablet" running Android 3.0 that'll come in either black or white and in 16 and 32GB varieties. There's no indication as to which tablet the SCH-I905 could be, but Droid-Life is convinced that it's the Tab 10.1. However, it's worth noting that the SCH-I905 was spotted getting certified in the WiFi Alliance and was called a smartphone, although that was nearly two months ago.

Considering that Samsung pushed the original Galaxy Tab onto every major U.S. carrier, I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with at least one of their new Tabs. If the tablet were to come to market packing Verizon LTE compatibility, well, that'd just be the icing on the cake. So when could Verizon launch this new Samsung slate? Well, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be released on June 8th, so sometime around there is a possibility. As for the Tab 8.9 launch info, there still aren't any solid details outside of early in the summer. It's worth mentioning that Sammy is hosting an event in New York City later this month and, while the focus of the event is expected to be the Galaxy S II, they could always slip some Galaxy Tab in there, too.
