Back in January, we got wind of a device with the model number GT-I9020A getting certification over at the Bluetooth SIG, and we speculated that it could be a version of the Nexus S (aka GT-I9020) destined for AT&T's airwaves. Now that mysterious handset has popped up again, but this time it was spotted right on Samsung's website. There's not much info to be found about the actual device, but there is a video about AT&T phones right below the placeholder image.
Obviously there aren't any details on when ATT's Nexus S will arrive or how much it'll cost when it does, but it certainly seems like an announcement will be coming sometime in the near future. With AT&T likely getting their own Nexus S, though, you have to wonder if Verizon will release it, too. There hasn't really been any solid evidence of such a device — not yet, anyway — but it does make you think.
