The DROID X2 has been popping up in a few leaks as of late and it's back again today, this time appearing in an SCK (Sam's Club-based Radio Shack subsidiary) memo. Unfortunately, it's looking like the device mentioned in this leaked document isn't a true X2, just a weird way to differentiate two versions of the DROID X. The handset in the memo is described as a "new DROID X version...with a 2GB memory card" that's simply replacing the original model, which packed a 16GB card.
It's possible that SCK is indeed getting a revamped DROID X2 with updated specs, but several folks have pointed out that other outlets have been offering a 2GB SD card-packing X for a while now, so it's likely that Sam's Club is just updating their inventory to match that of everyone else. We'll keep our ears to the ground and update you with more info as it becomes available.
