Sprint just made the HTC Arrive official and gave it a March 20th launch date, but those of us on Verizon are still waiting to find out when we can get a Windows Phone 7 fix. If a new rumor is to be believed, the HTC 7 Trophy will be landing around the same time as Sprint's Arrive. According to WinRumors, the Trophy will launch in late March, around the same time as the Arrive. An announcement could come as soon as next Monday, the 28th.
We've seen plenty of evidence over the past couple of months that the Trophy would be arriving soon on Verizon, and a late March launch sounds about right, especially since I'm sure Microsoft would like to see both the Arrive and Trophy launch around the same time to maximize their marketing efforts. When the Trophy does finally hit, it'll be interesting to see how well it sells. After all, it'll have to compete with the likes of the iPhone 4 and the ThunderBolt (unless the TBolt falls back to April, which probably wouldn't surprise anyone at this point). How well do you think the Trophy will fare against Verizon's iOS and Android offerings?
