T-Mobile's Vibrant may be the only Galaxy S phone that's officially been updated to Android 2.2, but Sprint's Epic 4G got a leaked version of the OS not long ago, and now its CDMA brother has gotten the same treatment. That's right, Samsung Fascinate owners can now download and install the leaked DL30 version of Android 2.2. It's important to note, though, that the developers aren't going to be supporting the build at all, so install at your own risk.
It's kind of a bummer that we've now entered February and there's still only one Galaxy S phone that's been updated to Froyo, but that could all change soon. We've heard that U.S. Cellular's Mesmerize will be getting the update some time this month or next which, while still a pretty broad window, is something to look forward to. If any of you Fascinate owners out there feel brave and end up installing this Froyo ROM, be sure to let us know how it goes for you!
