Are you a texting addict on AT&T that wouldn't mind saving a few bucks? If a new leak is true, you'll be able to do just that with AT&T's new texting plans. According to a leaked screen from Best Buy's systems, AT&T will introduce new texting options on January 23rd that let customers choose from two plans: $10/1000 texts, $20/unlimited. There's also a $30/unlimited option for families. The carrier's current messaging plans include $5/250 texts and $15/1500.

Compared to AT&T's current texting plans, these new plans are pretty awesome deals, although it'd be nice to see unlimited family messaging plans get cut to $20 or $25. Still, this looks like a great move by ATT, if it's true, that is, and may be another perk to keep some iPhone users from switching to Verizon next month. UPDATE: Looks like AT&T will be changing a whole lot more than just their texting plans once the 23rd rolls around. Some more leaked docs have shown up over at Engadget, and they reveal that:

• Early upgrade iPhone pricing will only be available six months into an existing iPhone activation
• The extra $50 and $100 discounts that come along with subsidized pricing are disappearing, although existing customers can still take advantage through July 23rd
• Activation of a new Family Plan line will cost $36, up from $10
• International voice roaming prices in 117 countries are changing
• The 3G MicroCell price is increasing from $149.99 to $199.99, although some "pre-selected" customers will still get a discount
