Just a few days ago, we showed you some images of the Samsung SCH-R910, which will likely be the first 4G smartphone on MetroPCS. Recently another Samsung-made LTE device leaked, although this one is sporting a full QWERTY keyboard. Allegedly called the Forte, this handset is said to boast Android 2.2, a 1GHz Hummingbird core, 5 megapixel camera, TouchWiz, and a microSD slot. The Forte certainly bears a striking resemblance to the SCH-R910, both in specs and in looks, but the original source believes that Sammy is bringing two Android phones to MetroPCS, so it's not clear if these two phones are in fact the same one.
There's not a lot to go on from the photo above, but the Forte sounds like it could be a decent addition to MetroPCS' lineup, especially for those of us that prefer our Androids with a physical QWERTY bolted on. It's tough to say whether or not the Forte and the SCH-R910 are one in the same, but you have to admit that they look awfully similar. What do you all think of the Forte? Do you think it and the SCH-R910 are the same device?
