HTC's Trophy has been rumored to be hitting Verizon early this year, possibly as soon as this month, and now we've got more evidence of the device's impending arrival. The Trophy was just spotted lounging around in the FCC, getting all kinds of certified and sporting the model number PC40200. The name "Trophy" wasn't mentioned in the filing, but the number just so happens to be very close to the European version of the Trophy's PC40100 model number.
AT&T and T-Mobile have enjoyed some exclusivity with Windows Phone 7 for a couple of months now, but Microsoft's "NoDo" update should be coming later this month or early February, and I'm sure we'll see Verizon and Sprint get in on the WP7 game shortly after it arrives. It's kind of disappointing that CDMA users have been without Microsoft's new OS for this long, but the upside is that they'll be able to cut and paste out of the box rather than waiting months for the functionality to arrive. Are any of you going to jump on the CDMA Windows Phone 7 bandwagon when it arrives in the next month or so?
