ELIGIBILITY: Open to all persons age 16 or older. If winning participant is less than 18 years of age, written parental consent is required before we will ship the prize. All persons affiliated with PhoneDog Media are ineligible to enter the contest. Contest is void wherever prohibited by law.
PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS: Like the PhoneDog Facebook page before 2PM Pacific Time October 13th, 2010. All confirmed Facebook Likes to the PhoneDog page will be entered into the 4PM Pacific Time drawing for the iPad.
HOW TO PLAY: “Like” PhoneDog.com’s Facebook page and participants are automatically entered in the contest to win an Apple iPad. The winner will be randomly chosen using random.org during a live broadcast on the PhoneDog.com Facebook page at 4:00 PM Pacific Time October 13th, 2010.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONS AND SHIPPING: Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook messaging or contact information stated on their Facebook account. Inside of the United States, the prize will be shipped according to PhoneDog.com standard practices. If the participant is a resident of a country outside of the United States, PhoneDog.com will provide a $50.00 credit for shipping. The winning participant is responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. Participant is also responsible for any costs incurred for shipping, above the $50.00 credit provided by PhoneDog.com. The participant is the responsible party for the package once it leaves the United States. If for any reason, the winning participant becomes ineligible or unable to receive the prize, the next person in reading order of the “Friends Likes Us” section at the time of the original draw, will be the contest winner.
