You may expect some bad blood between Motorola and Microsoft due to their recent lawsuit, but that isn't stopping Motorola from considering using Windows Phone 7 on upcoming devices. Speaking in an interview, Moto Co-CEO Sanjay Jha said that he's willing to work with Microsoft to offer WP7 handsets, "but it has to be a compelling offering." Jha continued, saying that he hasn't actually seen Microsoft's mobile OS himself, but that it does seem like a "rational offering."
Considering how successful Motorola has been with its bevy of Android-powered phones, I wouldn't be surprised to see them hold off on releasing a Windows Phone 7 device. That way, they'll be able to gauge how successful the new OS is/will be, which form factor to use, etc. In the mean time, expect Moto's Android onslaught to continue.
