It's been well over a month since we last saw any news on the HTC Lexikon, but today the handset is making itself known once again. The above render of the Lexikon has leaked out and, as you can plainly see, the handset is rocking a Verizon logo. Many are speculating that this new device will be the next to receive Big Red's coveted DROID title. There are also some suggesting that the Lexikon is the hot CDMA/GSM HTC device that we've seen pop up a couple of times in the past and, judging by how similar the two devices look, I wouldn't be surprised if this was true. For those interested, the Lexikon's ROM has leaked out as well, and can be grabbed at the source link. For the Lexikon's full spec rundown, check the image down below.
Everything is beginning to align for HTC and Verizon's newest DROID and, after looking over all of the images and specs, I'd say that they have a winner on their hands with the Lexikon. Android-powered phones with QWERTY keyboards seem to do pretty well with customers, and the specs should help make the Lexikon popular with us phone nerds, too. Hopefully we'll be seeing the Lexikon before the holiday season, for both Verizon's sake and ours. Verizon could definitely move plenty of Lexikon's over the final few months of the year and, well, I just want to get this device in my hands.
