After moving more than 600,000 iPhone 4s on the first day of pre-order availability, Apple has now pushed back the ship date for any pre-orders placed today. If you place an order with Apple.com today, you can expect your iPhone 4 to be shipped by July 14th, quite a while after the initial June 24th launch date. Earlier today, the ship date was moved to July 2nd, so it seems that Apple is still receiving a good amount of pre-orders for the device. After Apple managed to sell 600,000 devices on just the first day of pre-orders, it'll be interesting to see the final sales numbers after the iPhone actually launches. If you want an iPhone 4 and haven't gotten a pre-order in yet, you might have better luck trying to pick one up at an AT&T or Apple retail store on launch day. If not, you could be waiting upwards of a month to get your paws on a shiny new iPhone 4. The good news is that if you have no interest in either standing in line June 24th or waiting a month for a pre-order to come in, the 8 GB iPhone 3GS still has a delivery date of June 24th.
