Droid Life has received exclusive photos of the upcoming Motorola Shadow/Xtreme for Verizon, and the device is shaping up to quite a desirable Droid. Droid Life's tipster said that the phone is running stock Android 2.2 with no Motoblur skin on top, which comes as a surprise. The source went on to say that there are nine home screens available to the user and that the phone feels "very metal." The phone looks like it has a pretty large screen and seems to be rather thin, as well. This device could definitely attract users who want something like the original Motorola Droid, but without the keyboard. Overall, it looks like Verizon is definitely becoming the carrier to go to if you want a good selection of Android devices. There's not much other information about the Xtreme right now, but we'll keep you updated as we learn more.
