Less than a week after Verizon successfully stiffled AT&T's injunction request, they're at it again - with Sprint as the target.
The nation's largest wireless carrier is asking Sprint to drop any advertisements with the claim of "America's most dependable 3G network," pointing to a study performed by National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus where Verizon obtained fewer dropped calls than Sprint. Naturally, Sprint has no plans to take the advertisements off of the air, arguing that one study doesn't tell the whole story. They plan to appeal to the National Advertising Review Board.
