Alltel Wireless has launched the new Samsung SCH-U420, also known as the Nimbus.  Alltel Wireless is offering the phone for $49.99 after a $30 mail-in-rebate when purchased with a new contract.  The Nimbus comes with a VGA camera, Bluetooth technology, speaker phone, and voice activated dialing.
