Aaron's back to list out the best smartphones as voted on by YOU in PhoneDog's Official Smartphone Rankings!  For week 93, the HTC One held its lead on the People's Choice chart for a 39th week running, garnering 188 votes, while the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 remained the top pick on the Expert's Choice chart.  In second place on the People's Choice chart, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, scoring a total of 119 votes.  In third place, the LG Nexus 5, snagging 79 votes, and in fourth place, the LG G2 with 51 votes.  Rounding out the top 5 in fifth place, the Apple iPhone 5s with 41 votes.
