The Bluetooth wireless speaker market has been growing over the past 18 months. New companies like Beats by Dre have searched and created products like the Pill and companies like Sol have teamed up with Motorola to make something a bit different. This is the Sol Republic Deck, a Bluetooth wireless speaker that costs $200 and has nothing special on the outside.
The inside is completely different. It acts just like any other Bluetooth speaker but it has Near Field Communication (NFC) - a great technology that's found on a few Android devices like the Samsung Galaxy S 4. It enables a phone to instantly connect with the speaker by simply tapping the device to the speaker in pairing mode. Another great feature is called Heist mode. It sounds deceiving but instead of holding someone up, it allows you to take over another person's bluetooth streaming. It allows up to five people to connect all at once and will assign them a color.
It's still a bit pricey but find out how it performs in the video above!
