Aaron unboxes the Pantech Breakout, Verizon's first sub-$100 4G LTE device. It's not going to compete with the BIONIC, Revolution, or DROID Charge, but features are pretty decent, with a 1 GHz processor, 4-inch display, 5-megapixel camera, front-facing shooter, and Android 2.3 with Pantech's custom UI. It'll make for a great phone for someone who doesn't want dual-core processing power or a $300 price tag.
