Nine months after the initial CES announcement, the Motorola DROID Bionic is finally available at Verizon. The 4G LTE smartphone is rocking a 1 GHz dual-core TI OMAP CPU, 4.3-inch qHD display with PenTile technology, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording capabilities, a front-facing camera for video calling, 1,735 mAh battery, and Android 2.3 with Motorola's custom interface. It's available now for $299.99 with a two-year contract, and is Verizon's current flagship device.
Even though it's late to the party, the DROID Bionic is still a hot smartphone. That said, the market is moving much faster than it was earlier in the year. Is it worth buying now, or should you hold off for other high-end Verizon devices like the iPhone 5 or Nexus Prime? We'll figure it out. Part 2 of 2.
