Verizon's HTC One is the only one (pun intended) to come with Android 4.2 out of the box, and it offers a beautiful metal build and fantastic specifications.  The Droid Ultra is no slouch either; the 5-inch display is a great size and it feels great in the hand.  Which one is the better buy?  Part 1 of 2.
