It's a versus battle between the HTC One Google Play Edition and HTC One with Sense 5. The specifications are the same: 1.7 GHz quad-core CPU, 4.7-inch 1080p HD recording, 4-UltraPixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage space (on these units), 4G LTE, and a 2,300 mAh battery. They're both awesome devices, and there are pros and cons to both. The Google Play Edition comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean while the Sense version comes with Android 4.1 with Sense 5. The downside? The Google Edition misses out on some fantastic features like HTC BlinkFeed and HTC Zoe, which enhance the overall experience of the smartphone.
There's no discount on the Google Play Edition - you pay $599 from the Google store. The Sense 5 version starts at $199 at AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Which one do YOU prefer more?
