It may look like a smaller Samsung Galaxy S 4, but the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is much different than you'd think.  Available online at Negri Electronics for around $575, the Galaxy S4 mini sports a 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1,900 mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz.  It has the same design language as the Galaxy S 4, but the specs aren't quite up to par.  Given the price point, you may be better off getting a Galaxy S III.  Part 1 of 2.
