In this Five on Friday, it's all about work travel!  I'm recapping the top five places I've traveled to for work.  One of the perks of the job (while stressful) is the constant work travel that accompanies it.  From Las Vegas to Berlin to Barcelona - and constant trips to New York and San Francisco - the travel schedule is always wild and hectic.  Last year, I flew over 107,000 miles, and the year prior I flew over 104,000 miles.  Of all of the places I've been to, these cities are my favorites.
